TO OUR ADHD PATIENTS

Effective immediately, Neuroscience Consultants, PLC will no longer offer care and services for ADHD patients. This change includes all current and prospective ADHD patients. Many of our ADHD patients have already been notified of this change, either in writing or during recent office visits. If you have not received written notification, you will likely receive it soon. If you have a pending appointment for ADHD follow up or have scheduled a new appointment for ADHD care with either Dr. Peters or Michelle Smith, NP, please contact the office to cancel your appointment. If you have not yet been notified of this change, this announcement should serve as notification. Generally speaking, effective immediately,  we will provide no further prescriptions for ADHD medications. We will be available to you for a period of 30 days after this notification to address any true neurological emergencies. Prescription refills for ADHD medications are not considered a neurological emergency and will not be provided. For future ADHD care needs, we suggest you contact your primary care physician, pediatrician or other relevant healthcare provider. Should you wish to receive a copy of your medical records, please contact our office for instructions. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
